As an agent on Loop you will have been provisioned to an Agency Team. Each member of your agency will appear here once they've signed up to Loop.

By default you will have access to matters that you are associated to as the selling agent. If you have created the matter on behalf of another selling agent you will also have access to these matters.

To access matters cross agency, please contact us directly here.

Agent Administrator

If you have administrator privileges, you will have the ability to invite new agents to your team. When you invite an agent to Loop Law, an email will be sent to this agent, and they will be prompted to create an account.

When the agent successfully signs up with Loop, and verifies their email, they will be associated to your agency's account, and have the ability to refer vendors and if you've allowed it, the ability to view agency matters.

Request administrator access to your agency's account here.
